About Global Kids Judo Network (GKJN)
GKJN is an Non Profit Organization aiming at contribution to kids health and development thru Judo by networking the kids globally. Megumi Ishikawa, the representative of GKJN, won the championship of Kodokan Cup for three times, Universiade in 2011 and Asian Judo Championshipin 2013 in her career.
About GKJN’s Activities
GKJN, based in Chicago U.S., not only organizes the kids Judo training in the local dojo, boys/girls Judo events/clinics but also establish the kids interactive networks among U.S, Japan and Europe so that every kids can have a big dream and help them believe their possibilities are infinite. Megumi Ishikawa’s first game outside of Japan was in 2007 and developed her overseas career in various countries since then. She was invited to Chicago Boys/Girls Judo Clinic and Championship as a guest trainer and enjoyed coaching more than 100 Judo kids, which made her desire to “devote herself to kids development by spreading the charm of Judo from Chicago and connect the kids globally.” See the kids smiles in the photo!
