2 Year Project Completed!! An environment for richer activities!
Ladies and Gentlemen, the New Dojo has finally opened its doors!! We started our practice April 1st, and we had our first Junior Class on April 2nd. The size is 3x of what it was before – no pillars which makes it possible for many types of events. We hope to have classes for Yoga, Dance and much more. First, I would like to send you the “fresh” smell of the New Dojo.
It’s so large that the kids look so small. Ceilings are high and it looks spacious We can have 3 competition mats here!!
Kids still not getting used to this place.
You can “really” do RANDORI. Let’s practice and get strong!!
There’s a window in the Shihan’s room so he Can keep an eye on everybody.
However, Shihan Jigoro Kano is watching from the mats… You can “really” do RANDORI. Let’s practice and get strong!!
Unfortunately the basement locker room and training facility as well as some minor portions are still under construction. We also need to purchase new tatamis. For those of you who participated in the “My Tatami Project” please standby,
Opening Ceremony on Sunday, May 19th

The New Dojo filled with Dreams is Open. This is not the Goal, it’s a start for a new Dream!! My dreams,, the kids’ dreams, the dream of Judo in the United States – my project with so many dreams shall never end.
I will devote my life to develop this Dojo, make as many kids as possible, happy, and popularize JUDO, a sport from Japan which I am proud of.
I seek for your continued support.
